Anthony Barrows
AGED OUT Consultant
Anthony Barrows is a Managing Director at the applied behavioral science firm ideas42 where he focuses on domestic poverty, local government, post-secondary education, and civic engagement. Anthony previously worked over ten years in child welfare, spanning positions in direct service, supervision, training, advocacy, project management and system improvement. He is also a practicing artist and has led art classes and arts-oriented youth development programming. Anthony holds a BA in Philosophy and Art from UMass Boston, an MFA in Printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute, and an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government where he was a Gleitsman Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership.​
Kayla Mobley
Intern / PA (Production Assistant)
Kayla Mobley is an alumna of ODU University. She's a military brat which helps her to have a fine appreciation of life and people.
Kayla is currently teaching abroad and enjoying living and learning. She's excited about the new adventures and her upcoming new journey.
Kayla has a new passion for infront of and behind the scenes of film.
Kayla previously interned for Lavender Reel Media Group, LLC.

MaRae Fleming is a sassy and fabulous young woman making her own path on the world while pursuing her dreams! She is born and raised in Virginia where she still resides. MaRae is a graduate of ODU. She's blogger, and lover of all things fabulous. You can catch her sharing about fashion, natural hair, and her journey through life on her blog The Always Fabulous.

Nicole Butts has a passion of for cooking. Nicole has been cooking since she was a child. During summer breaks in high school Nicole would have a line of people waiting for her fried crabs that became her signature over the years.
Nicole made a decision to start her own business, Colees Restaurant on Wheels in 2006. She has catered for churches, family reunions, birthday parties, bridal showers, businesses on and off site and film sets.
Nicole attended and graduated from the Culinary Institute of Virginia. Athough, Nicole has always specialized in soul food. After graduation, she now offers a variety of culinary dishes.
